Online Registration

Skyward Family Access

We are pleased to announce that the Annual Online Registration for the upcoming 2024-25 school year will be from August 1-15, 2024. This registration process is for all returning/enrolled students and can be conveniently completed using Family Access. The primary purpose of this registration is to ensure that we have the most up-to-date information concerning your child.

Payment Options:

• Credit/Debit Card: You may choose to conveniently pay registration and optional fees through RevTrak.
• In-person or Mail: If you prefer to pay in person or via mail, please make checks payable to East Troy Community Schools, Attn: Registration.

If you do not have access to a computer, please visit one of the school offices to complete the online registration process for your child(ren) within the designated dates.

Please note that student class placement and schedules will only be available after the completion of Online Registration.

Ready, Set, Go Conferences

• ELEMENTARY: You can expect to meet your child's teacher and ask basic classroom questions. Teachers will also take some time to get to know your child individually. After your conference with your teacher, parents are asked to stop in the school cafeterias to individually meet with school personnel, asking and answering any additional, pressing questions. Your conference time is also an opportunity to locate your child’s cubby or locker, and bring in and drop off labeled school supplies.
• MIDDLE SCHOOL: You can expect to meet with your child's WIN teacher to go over school schedules and expectations.  Teachers will take the time to get to know your student and answer any questions they may have.  Your conference time is also an opportunity for students to drop off items in their lockers.
• HIGH SCHOOL: You can expect to review student’s schedules, transcripts, graduation requirements, assessment reports (if applicable by grade level), and building protocols with your child's resource teacher.  Conferences with classroom teachers will include discussions pertaining to the course and questions that the student may have.

• All students are invited to bring in school supplies to put in cubbies/lockers during the Ready, Set, Go Conferences.

• ES/MS families should sign up for a 15-minute time slot with their child's classroom (ES), or WIN (MS) teacher via Conferences in Family Access. See below for tutorial. 
• HS families can arrange for 10-minute time slots with their child's resource teacher and classroom teachers via Conferences in Family Access. See below for tutorial. 

Picture Days

Pictures must be taken at student's individual school

 Absentee/Retake Picture Day: September 13, 2024

Absentee Picture day is scheduled for Sept 13th.  If your child has not had a picture taken already, it will be taken then. Ordering information will be given out at the time of pictures. If a picture was already taken, but a retake is needed, please let your teacher know so your child can be sent for pictures.  Please return the original picture package to the photographer at the time of pictures.  The same package will be ordered with the new image.  New packages will not be received unless the original package is returned. PRE-ORDER: If you would like to pre-order pictures, click HERE to go to the School & Sports Pics site. Pre-ordering is only available on or prior to the original picture day. Order envelopes are available in the school offices for those without internet access. 

ON/AFTER ORIGINAL PICTURE DAY: Students photographed will be sent home with their unique code needed to view / order the pictures.  This information will also be emailed to the families once the images are available online. The images will not be available to order online until you receive this email.

The code will not change from original to retake day.  The retake images will take about 2 weeks to be placed online.  If you need the code for your child, it can be requested here: http://www.schoolandsportpics.com/shoot-key-1.html

Schedules & Classroom Teachers

Student schedules, classroom teachers and 4K sessions can be viewed on the schedule tab Family & Student Access after online registration has been completed.  

Elementary teachers are found in the Character Traits course.  For 4K, if the last letter of your child's teacher is a 'A', your child will be in the morning session.  If the last letter of your child’s teacher is a ‘P’, your child will be in the afternoon session.  

For those MS/HS students who do not have printing capabilities, a hard copy may be obtained by visiting your child’s school office.
