As we move further into the school year, here are a few reminders about the middle school office:
When picking up your student early, please call ahead. This allows us to notify your student so they can get their things and make their way to the office.
When we know a student is leaving early, the student is notified, an electronic pass is made for them, and the teacher is also sent a reminder. Sometimes students are not ready right when you come to pick them up, so please plan some "buffer time" if you're on a tight schedule.
If you want to meet with a staff member, please call ahead or reach out to them and schedule a meeting. This helps to ensure they are available when you come to meet with them. Otherwise, they may be in meetings or unavailable.

Join the East Troy Funding Roadmap Ad-Hoc Committee
The East Troy Board of Education recently approved the creation of a Funding Roadmap Ad-Hoc Committee to help guide our district’s long-term financial planning.
We are actively seeking 20–30 community stakeholders to join this committee, including a mix of parents, taxpayers, local business owners, and high school students.
