We celebrated East Troy homecoming this week! Led by the ETMS Student Council, students decorated their WIN classroom doors to celebrate East Troy and this year's theme, The Wizard of Oz. Windows and entrances were decorated. Students made posters, jewelry, and photo backdrops. There was even a friendly kickball tournament. On Friday, we joined the high school for the pep rally and watched the parade.
Students came up with a slogan for our homecoming week: "Small Town, Big Dreams!" What a great description of East Troy middle schoolers. This week was a great reminder that in East Troy, learning is different here!
