Senior Walk

This week, the East Troy High School Class of 2026 participated in our annual Senior Walk, a special tradition celebrating the journey of our graduating seniors from PK–12. Seniors visited Little Prairie Primary School, Prairie View Elementary, East Troy Middle School, and East Troy High School, walking the halls one final time as East Troy students.

Throughout the walk, our seniors were welcomed and celebrated by students and staff across the district, while also serving as an inspiration to our youngest learners as they envision their own future paths. We are proud to celebrate the accomplishments of the Class of 2026 and were excited to honor this memorable milestone together as a school community. 🎓

Key Club's Day of Service

Key Club students participated in a Day of Service this week. They visited the dog park to assess any repairs that are needed and refill bags. Then they headed out to Highway 20 to clean up their Adopt-a-highway section, collecting more than 15 bags of trash!

Health Careers Students Tour Aurora Medical Center

The Health Careers students took an incredible trip to the Aurora Medical Center in Burlington this week. The leadership team presented an overview of many different career pathways within the hospital. Then we got to tour the facility including stops in sterile processing, the OR, the pre-&post-op areas, the ER which included information about respiratory therapy and the medical laboratory. As a teacher, my favorite part was watching eyes open wide with all of the different career possibilities! Our students are so grateful for the opportunity to visit and see these careers in real life!

Robotics Students Dominate FRC World Championships

"The East Troy Boys" and Team 930 (The Mukwonago BEARs) had a spectacular showing at the FRC World Championships. They competed hard and finished as Newton Division Finalists—placing in the top 30 in the world and achieving the second-best result in our team's 25-year history at Houston. They were fortunate to partner with two outstanding teams: Team 1833 BEAN from Cumming, Georgia, and Team 180 S.P.A.M. from Stuart, Florida.

Jack Lafreniere, who drove the robot excellently, and Asher Verlee represented our team proudly on the field, interacting with teams from across the globe. Meanwhile, Ethan G. and Austin L. were crucial members of our pit crew—Ethan supporting me on electrical, and Austin making fast-paced code edits between matches.

Congratulations to you!
