General Announcements

  • REMINDER: Please do not drop off or pickup students on Graydon Avenue. Not only is this unsafe for our students, it slows down the traffic flow. Our new parking lot allows the drop off of students in a timely manner and should be utilized. Thank you for your attention to this matter!
  • We have had several students arrive at school as early as 6:30am. Please remember that we cannot provide supervision for those students. Our doors open at 7:25am, which is when supervision is available.

Last Day of School Info

Dear Parents and Guardians,

As we approach the end of the academic year, we are incredibly excited to celebrate
the hard work, growth, and achievements of our students. This year has been full of
learning and milestones, and we want to finish strong! It is vital that students are
present for this final day, as it is the last time the 2025-2026 student body will be
together in the building as one group.

A Day Full of Celebration: We have planned a high-energy, activity-packed day
to honor our students' dedication.

The Day's Schedule:
  • Final Class Connections: Students will rotate through all of their classes one last time to see their teachers and wrap up the year in the morning. Each department has a fun activity for students to participate in!
  • Lunch & Tug-of-War: After lunch, we will head outside for our annual Tug-of-War competition!
  • Afternoon Rotations: Students will travel with their grade levels through four exciting celebration stations: Grade Level Awards Ceremony, Ice Cream Social, Bounce Houses & Rockwall, and Yearbook Signing Party!
  • At the end of the day we will come together as a student body to do a send off!

Students will receive their 2025-2026 yearbooks on this final day, allowing them plenty of time to collect signatures and messages from friends during our afternoon signing party.

REQUIRED: Permission Waiver
To participate in the Bounce Houses and Rockwall, all students must have a signed waiver on file. Please complete the digital waiver at the link below by May 31st:

We are so proud of our students and look forward to spending this final, memorable
day together as a school community. Thank you for your continued support in
making this a wonderful year!

Warmly,
The Staff at ETMS

Library News

Hello Families,
The end of the school year is fast approaching so I'm reaching out regarding your student(s) Chromebook.
On June 3rd, students will turn in their assigned Chromebooks and chargers for the duration of the summer. The same device will be issued back to your student(s) in the fall.
This would be a good time to check with your student(s) to make sure they have their charger and to check if there is any damage to the Chromebook. If there is damage to the device which inhibits its use, please ask your student to bring their device to the Middle School library as soon as possible.
If your student's charger is lost or damaged, a replacement can be purchased at the Middle School library for $22 (cash, or check payable to East Troy Schools).
As always, if you have any questions, feel free to call or email me. Wishing you an enjoyable and safe summer break!

Scheduling Meetings with Staff

We kindly ask that parents and guardians schedule a meeting in advance when wishing to speak with a staff member. Our staff have full schedules throughout the day, and unannounced visits can be difficult to accommodate.

We absolutely understand that emergencies can arise, and in those cases, we will do our best to assist right away. However, for all other matters, please reach out by phone or email to set up a meeting time. This helps ensure that staff can give you their full attention and that your concerns are addressed effectively.

Thank you for your understanding and for helping us maintain a productive and respectful environment for both staff and students.
