District-Wide Pep Assemby

On March 6th, ETCSD will be hosting a district-wide pep assembly to celebrate our ETHS Wrestling team for advancing to Team State. It's been 20 years since the entire team traveled to the state tournament, which is held in LaCrosse. Parents and the community are welcome to join, and will need to sign in through the office using our Raptor system. Please bring your driver's licence if you are planning to attend.

All students are expected to stay and attend the pep assembly. The assembly will also feature our amazing Pep Band!

Open Campus During Finals Days

ETHS will run a Finals Schedule on March 5th and 6th to end the trimester. Students are expected to attend class during the finals period. Students do not need to attend their study hall period, but are welcome to stay in our library. During the breaks, the campus is open, and students can leave. Students MUST be back on time for their next hour final to avoid truancy.

ACT and Pre-ACT Information

Dear East Troy High School Families,

The students and staff at East Troy High School have begun preparing for the ACT, PreACT Secure, and Wisconsin Forward Exam. We ask that you make every attempt to ensure your child is present on these testing dates. The testing schedule is as follows:

ACT for Juniors Only - March 12th (all other students will have classwork on Google Classroom). Juniors will be dismissed after the testing (approximately noon). Busing will run as normal, the library will be available for those who'd prefer to stay at school, and lunch will be served.

PreACT Secure for Sophomores & Freshmen - March 17th (all other students will have classwork on Google Classroom). Freshmen and Sophomores will be dismissed after testing. Bussing will run as normal, and the library will be available for students who wish to remain at school. Lunch will be served.

Wisconsin Forward Exam for Sophomores Only - April 8th & 9th during extended Resource class

All assessments require in-person attendance at East Troy High School. In-person assessment is the only viable method for state assessments. The company that produces the tests currently has no remote (virtual) testing options available. Proctored, on-site testing ensures standardized administration that includes equitable access to technology and optimal testing environments, test security, and validity.

Individual student results for the ACT and PreACT Secure are typically released in May and Forward results are released to parents typically in August.

If you have further questions, please contact Stacey Kuehn at kuesta@easttroy.k12.wi.us or 642-6760 ext 5240.
