ETHS kicked off the year with scheduling for the 2026-27 school year! On Wednesday, students received a presentation from Ms. Boston and Mrs. Kuehn regarding selecting courses for next year. A link to the presentation and video of the presentation can be found below.

If you or your child has questions about their schedule, please attend conferences or reach out to your child's resource teacher, Ms. Boston or Mrs. Kuehn, or Mr. Judd. Students should be selecting courses that prepare them for their post-secondary pathway.

To strengthen our partnerships with parents and work together to support students, ETHS will be holding "Mandatory" Parent/Teacher Conferences on 1/29/26 from 3:30-7:45 pm. Parents/guardians should select a 15-minute conference timeslot with their child's Resource teacher. This can be for all 9th-12th grade students, with post-secondary plans and course selection being the focus for 9th-11th grade students. Seniors and their parents will meet with their resource teacher to discuss plans and actions for after HS.

Conference slots are available NOW through Skyward, Conference Scheduler.

There will also be guest speakers, including a FAFSA representative, WCTC (Waukesha County Technical College) representative, Findorff Construction representative for an apprenticeship opportunity, and a University of Wisconsin representative available in the CAFETERIA.

If your student needs to miss school for any reason, you can now let us know through Skyward Family Access! No need to call the office anymore, simply do it online. Please see the directions below and reach out if you have any questions.

This week, AVID alumni returned to ETHS to speak with current AVID students about their post-graduation journeys. They shared valuable insights on college and career pathways, along with practical tips and advice to help students as they consider their own post-secondary plans. After the presentations, the alumni stayed for an additional class period to connect with the senior AVID class (pictured), offering more personalized guidance tailored to our oldest students. It was wonderful to see so many alumni giving back and supporting the next generation of AVID students!
