East Troy High School has been recognized by U.S. News & World Report as one of the Best High Schools in the United States for 2025, a distinction that reflects the school’s ongoing commitment to academic excellence and student success. This prestigious recognition honors the collective efforts of students, educators, families, and the broader East Troy community.
U.S. News & World Report, a trusted authority in educational rankings, identified East Troy High School as a standout institution within Wisconsin. Its inclusion on this distinguished list highlights the school’s strong academic performance, rigorous coursework, and dedication to preparing students for life beyond high school.
Part of the East Troy Community School District, East Troy High School is known for providing a comprehensive and enriching educational experience. The U.S. News & World Report rankings are determined through a detailed analysis of key performance indicators, including graduation rates, college readiness, and state assessment outcomes. East Troy High School’s strong results in these areas demonstrate its leadership in secondary education and its commitment to high standards.
“This recognition is a reflection of the hard work and dedication of our students, staff, and families,” said Dr. Chris Hibner, District Administrator. “These performance indicators all represent our commitment to a great place to learn and a great place to work. East Troy High School currently offers 15 Advanced Placement courses on campus, 32 transcripted (college-level) courses, and had 46 students participating in the state-accredited youth apprenticeship program during the 24-25 school year—evidence of its dedication to providing students with multiple pathways for success.
